Can drinking coffee improve your health?

It seems likely.  Apparently drinking 3-4 cups a day (regular or decaf) could help you live longer - perhaps quite a bit longer.

The truth is that no one is really sure why this is so.  There's a certain amount of mystery surrounding why coffee does what it does, regarding the measurable health benefits of its consumption.  However, it's becoming a more and more agreed upon fact that the more of it your drink, the better off you are from a health standpoint.

The bottom line is that the more you drink, the longer you'll live.

In a 2012 mortality study of 400,000 people printed in The New England Journal of Medicine, coffee drinkers had between 6 and 16 percent fewer deaths.  Likewise, in a Japanese study printed in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, coffee drinkers were 24 percent less likely to die during a 19-year follow-up.

The ideal amount appears to be about three to four cups a day of regular or decaf, but one study involving six cups a day saw a 33 percent reduction in diabetes diagnoses.  Other maladies positively affected by coffee include liver cancers, fatty livers, alcoholic liver disease, heart disease, stroke, depression, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's.

We call Organo Gold a 'healthy coffee' because all of our coffee flavors are infused with the (tasteless and odorless) 'King of Herbs', Ganoderma.  So if you're going to drink coffee for your health, why not go all the way and switch to Organo Gold?  Your body will thank you... and you can even make a profitable business out of it.
