Is coffee a healthy drink?

the coffee challenge
Yes, for the most part, it certainly is.  After all, it IS the most consumed beverage on earth (after water) and billions of people aren't dropping dead everywhere because they drink it.  However, if you truly value your health and drink coffee regularly, you should be aware that coffee is very acidic.  So is sweetened fruit juice, alcohol and soda pop, by the way.  On the other hand, clean water is very alkaline, as is green tea (for example).

How many coffees do you drink daily?  It's generally agreed by nutritionists that your diet should be more alkaline than acidic - by a ratio of about 70% alkaline to about 30% acidic.  That's because the more acidic your blood, the more prone you are to catching a number of modern ailments.

Regular coffee is very acidic, while our healthy coffee is more alkaline.  It's because of the infused 'King of Herbs', Ganoderma.  Organo Gold has patented the process of making it tasteless and odorless, so you don't even know it's there.  While we make no medicinal claims about our coffee, Ganoderma has been used since ancient times by the Chinese to promote overall health and well-being.

So which will you choose?
