The Organo Gold movement asks: Are you ready to be rich?

If so, that means that you're ready to become a leader and start ACTING on your dreams.  Sounds simple, right?  Actually, it is!  Our slogan is:  "It's easy, it's simple, it's coffee."

So if getting rich with Organo Gold coffee (as so many others are doing) is as simple as becoming a leader, what will make you a leader?  The answer is that you must first BECOME the type of person that you say you want in your business.  Leaders are drawn to other leaders.  In other words, before you can attract hard-working and devoted stars to your coffee-sales business, you've got to become one yourself first!

So with that in mind, here are a few general thoughts (in my own opinion) on how to become a better leader in any calling:

1)  First of all, put God first in your life and then listen to God.  This will give you the strength and faith to take risks and get outside of your comfort zone.

2)  Spend time with leaders who are better leaders than you.  Seek them out, listen to what they say and then do what they do.  Organo Gold in general (and our Team specifically) has excellent leadership that has benefited me enormously.  We will help you too!

3)  Read and study a lot - and experience a lot.  A real leader masters the subject at hand.  Stay humble and realize that you have a lifetime of learning, developing and maturing ahead of you.  That's why it's vital to learn as much as you can every day.  Ask lots of questions and get the answers you need.  You'll get that when you surround yourself with a great team - especially those who are smarter or different than you are in some way.

4)  Transfer the truths that you learn each day and turn your input into output.  Remember that a leader has to be an inspiration to others.  That's why you need to be clear about your goals and the activities required to achieve them.

5)  Place yourself in roles/contexts that play to your strengths and not where you’re in over your head.

6)  Pray often for help and guidance.  Put it in God's hands.

7)  Say “no” to a lot of things. Stay focused on your mission and the activities where you can make the greatest impact.  In life, it is VERY easy to get distracted or heap too many projects onto your plate. 

8)  Get in better touch with your intuition and let your sub-conscious mind guide you. Quit over-thinking things, because the 'paralysis of analysis' has ruined countless dreams.


Getting rich actually isn't all that difficult if you're really good at something.  And this business, Organo Gold coffee, is easy to get good at.  Getting good at it will make you a leader... and it will make you rich.
