Great observation!  Did you ever think that you might be afraid of success?  Were you ever told “Money is the root of all evil!”  It seems that they like to leave off the first three words, “The Love of”!  Adding that phrase makes the statement totally different.  When money is the driving force then you can miss out on so many other things in life.  Now back to the original statement.  If you think money is evil, then you can become afraid of making more than a living!  We want more, but we are afraid to strive for things because that would make us 'evil' (or so we're told).  Nothing could be further from the truth.
