Organo Gold is a business... not a hobby

If you've been following my blog posts here (or if you haven't), all I can say is that the Organo Gold business opportunity is just that... an opportunity to start and run a business.  It's a real business, with all of the labor and responsibility that goes with any business.

When I'm explaining to someone how to get set up and established with it, the feedback that I sometimes get involves thinking that the auto-ship is 'an obligation to get a check'.  My response to that is, "Change your thinking!"  Auto-ship is simply how you automatically have the coffee you need to build a million-dollar business!

I've already given away SEVERAL BOXES of coffee & tea this month!  I can do this because I always have product on hand when I need it.  Think about it.  If you join my team this month and start your business, would you have enough coffee to get a leader started out right - if you happened to meet one the following month?  Or would you have them sitting around waiting because you couldn't help them?

IF you are going to do this business..

You must think like a business person.
You must act like a business person.
You must lead by example.
You must build a strong business.

It's up to you.  Join the team, do the work and let's get this done!

If you're going to do Organo Gold, you're going to need product

One thing I hear from people considering this business (and those just getting started) is a resistance to the idea of the autoship.  It's not required, so you don't 'have' to do it.  But think about it.  If you are going to do this business, then you are going to need a certain amount of product every month for sales, sampling and personal consumption.  You're either in business or you're not.  That's just how it is.

Do whatever you want to do, but to my way of thinking you either have a Success Mindset or you have some 'other' mindset.

Success Mindset:

Do you complain about autoship to help your business?  Look at your bank statement.

Rent or Mortgage: Every month.
Internet/Cable bill: Every month.
Food: Every day.
Fuel: Multiple times weekly.
Cell phone: Monthly.

Then someone shows you how to get rich and you say, "I don't like autoship."?!?

Change your mindset.

You are going to need some coffee

To do this business, you're going to need some inventory - mainly coffee (and in different varieties), but also some green tea and cocoa as well.  If you're in business, you're going to need your product replaced on a monthly basis.  You're also going to need ENOUGH.  This is why the auto-ship is so important.

Neglect it at your peril!

Reasons to be on auto-ship:

1)  Income insurance - i.e. monthly commissions. No coffee volume means no pay!

2)  Coffee, for you in the morning!  Personally, I drink a ton of the stuff!

3)  Cash profits.  Having coffee on hand means you can always sell coffee at retail.

4)  Sampling.  You can't give it away if you don't have any!

5)  Leadership.  This company and this business is all about leadership, so lead by example!  Don't expect your team to do what you won't do.

Organo Gold and your autoshipments

With your Organo Gold coffee business, you are always going to need product on hand.  You need it to sell, you need it to sample, you need it to supply new distributors fast and you'll probably want some around to drink!  That's why your monthly autoship is so impoerant.  Without it, you're not in business and nobody can sell out of an empty sack.
